Parts Specialist - Material Handling Dealership - Charlotte, NC
- Previous experience in a service writer or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or material handling industry
- Basic understanding of mechanical and technical aspects of forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Through exceptional internal and external customer service, Our Charlotte Parts Specialist is responsible for:
- Quoting, ordering and receiving parts for our team of service technicians as well as manage returns.
- Responsible for warehouse operations and maintenance, shipping/receiving and calling on new/existing customers to proactively sell products and parts.
- Product support, which requires parts interpretation, quoting, follow-up, pricing, order processing, expediting and problem solving.
Position Requirements:
- Three to five years’ experience with previous inventory control, order-expediting experience in a sales and service environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications and experience with CRM applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must have ability to operate forklift and successfully complete OSHA safety training
